Join our team as a Production Associate and help create high-quality custom packaging products that keep goods moving safely and efficiently. From building crates and boxes to supporting production lines, you’ll play an essential part in our manufacturing operations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday10 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay $$17.25

What You’ll Do:

• Manufacture custom packaging solutions including boxes, pallets, crates, and dunnage using materials such as corrugated, plastic, foam, and wood

• Perform assembly, cutting, measuring, and finishing of packaging components to meet quality standards

• Install dunnage and protective materials to prepare products for shipment

• Provide production support services, including line support, repacking, and sub-assembly work

• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging is preferred but not required—willing to train motivated candidates

• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs])

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
