Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong digital background, proven experience in Salesforce, and a passion for both online and in-person marketing, including trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Leverage Salesforce for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show presence, including booth logistics and promotional strategy

• Analyze campaign performance data and make informed decisions to optimize ROI

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and leadership to align marketing goals

• Oversee marketing calendar, budgeting, and vendor relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including B2B digital marketing

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (Marketing Cloud or Pardot a plus)

• Proven success running paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Experience managing trade show planning and execution

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial services a plus

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs beyond Salesforce
