BrayTech is looking for a Customer Sales Agent to join our team! All training provided in house!

Sales Agents are the first point of contact for our customers and are one of the most valued positions in our company. We provide a supportive & fun environment to learn the basics of product knowledge, company policies, communication skills, marketing presentations, customer service, business strategy and more.Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions!

Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts/new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' portfolio
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Learn business terminology to perform marketing presentations

Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
· Top-notch communication at all levels with internal/external clients
· Able to use tablet/pertaining applications
· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
