Job Description

Qualifications:

Current RN License for State of Michigan and in good standing
Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on an on call basis
2-3 years Hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

Our On-Call Nurse will work together to triage calls, make visits and perform tuck in visits
This role involves providing as needed visits and facilitating admissions
Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services
Monthly office meetings
7 days on and 7 days off shifts
