CAS Engineering, leading Civil Engineering Firm, located in Frederick, Maryland, is currently hiring survey-techs and surveyors with 1-2+ years of experience. Surveyor will perform broad range of duties including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys. Ability to work both on a team and individually with desire for long-term growth and licensure.

Job Duties and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years or more land surveying experience
• Experience with boundary and topographic surveys
• Experience with robotic instruments / total stations
• Experience with construction stakeout
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• Must possess attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• High School diploma required
• College degree (Associate’s / Bachelor’s) preferred
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening checks
