About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Camp Cook to join our team. As a Camp Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our employees. You will work closely with the Management Team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our employees have a positive and enjoyable experience during their time on the glacier.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a camp or institutional setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with menu planning and inventory management
• Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences
• Experience working in a camp or outdoor setting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for staff
• Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with Management Team to develop menus
