As a Rental Associate, you will assist customers with their vehicle rental to ensure a positive customer experience, while also promoting our additional products and services. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, motivated, has a passion for customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

We provide hourly base pay plus commission plan. Career development offered for the ideal candidate.

Basic Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Strong computer ant typing skills in order to enter information into our database
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be sales driven, self-motivated, personable, dependable, and willing to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays
• Essential functions and responsibilities may change as business needs require. Candidates must meet all basic qualifications and submit a complete application to be considered for this position

Job Duties:

• Facilitate a smooth transaction while renting vehicles and a positive customer experience
• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Other duties as requested
