Black Diamond Body Piercing is looking for one more person to round out our support staff. We are looking for a full time Front End manager who does intake; greeting clients, making sure their release forms are all set, taking payments, adding notes to client files. Eventually you’ll also handle texting with clients, helping them set up appointments online or answering questions. We are looking for someone we can train to do both of these tasks as well as minor office work.

I would also be looking for some help with our social media content. Photography skills are a huge plus.

-40 hours/week, must be available Saturdays

-While I do not expect to find experience in a piercing studio, a basic knowledge of piercing and general jewelry terminology is appreciated. Most importantly, a respect of our craft and professionalism with clients at all times is expected

-I am looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following;

customer service

small business

appointment scheduling

client relations

administrative work

web store development, and/or social media management.

*Servers, hostesses, and baristas all bring great experience to this job as well.

-Must be a great multitasker, detail oriented, a team player and take direction well. Looking for someone who can learn well as they go and take initiative to fill their free time with the many small tasks a small business comes with.

-Microsoft Office, Google workplace knowledge and typing skills necessary for daily tasks. Photoshop skills are a huge plus!
