Position:  Pest Control  Pro

Provide pest control services to clients following best practices, offer additional pest services, request referrals, increase route value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in daily huddles designed to keep the main thing the main thing. These huddles are designed to ensure everyone is aligned with the top priority of the day and is moving the needle in the right direction. 

2. “Own It”. Find a piece of our service that you want to own and become an expert in. You will know the in’s and out’s of this piece, develop training, and be a reference point for everyone in the company. 

3. Be constantly learning. Attend and lead training, participate in workshops, attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.

5. Engage in conversations with customers, drive referrals, obtain new customers, and embrace a growth mindset.
