We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team starting IMMEDIATLEY with a schedule of shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures

- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar

- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients

- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system

- Assist with animal restraint when necessary

- Handle medical collections and process payments

- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members

- Keep the reception area clean and organized

*Qualifications*

- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal anatomy

- Experience in animal care or handling

- Familiarity with laboratory procedures is a plus!

- Ability to handle dogs, cats, and potentially other animals safely is a plus!

- Proficiency in animal catheterization is desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills!
