Forrest Solutions is looking for a Floor Host to be the “go-to” person on the floor of a professional office building. This position is focused on delivering a hospitality-based experience to our client's employees and visitors.

Shift:

2 PM - 11 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide real-time support for meetings or events on your assigned floor.
• Prior to meetings, ensure the space is ready. Check AV equipment, lighting, seating, and catering needs.
• Continuously perform floor sweeps and ensure the entire floor is presentable and accessible.
• Monitor hoteling-office space is being used according to the schedule and not double-booked.
• Clean the hoteling space once the guest or employee has left.
• Work with the facility and maintenance teams to ensure that the space remains pristine.
• Be available for any questions or concerns guests and employees may have.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable working in a professional office environment
• Experience working in the hospitality industry; hotel or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
• Computer savvy and familiar with the Microsoft suite.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
