We keep their financial lives in order so they can focus on making headlines, highlight reels, or history. Our team is smart, fun, and fiercely good at what we do—and we’re looking for someone equally amazing to join us.\r\n\r\nAbout You:\r\nYou’re part human calculator, part comedian. You know your way around QuickBooks like it’s your native language. You might have some tax prep experience or at least be curious about it (we can train the right person). You care about getting things right, but you don’t take yourself too seriously. You like solving problems, keeping things organized, and maybe cracking a good joke while reconciling a bank statement.\r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\n\r\nHandle day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online/Desktop\r\n\r\nReconcile bank and credit card accounts like a boss\r\n\r\nAssist with year-end tax prep (bonus points if you’ve done it before)\r\n\r\nCommunicate with clients who are delightful, successful, and occasionally in five time zones at once\r\n\r\nWork with a tight-knit team that values accuracy, confidentiality, and wit\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n\r\nSolid QuickBooks experience (QBO and/or Desktop)\r\n\r\nPrior bookkeeping experience, ideally for small businesses or high-net-worth individuals\r\n\r\nA working knowledge of debits, credits, and what makes accountants tick\r\n\r\nA sense of humor is required—we’re serious about not being too serious\r\n\r\nTax prep experience?
