Job Description

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (Service Providers/Caregiver/Companion) to join our team!

Our DSPs provide routine assistance to developmentally delayed individuals or take clients into the community to engage in activities to allow the individual to develop and utilize life skills in social settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care to clients with developmental disabilities
Companions- Transport the client into the community, teach life skills, ensure safety

Qualifications:

Experience with Special Needs Individuals
One year experience caring, teaching
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Companions- DL, Insurance, Registered Vehicle
