Branko’s Barbershop is looking for a licensed, motivated barber to join us as an independent contractor.

No fixed schedule – YOU control your hours, your clients, and your brand.
Start on commission and transition to weekly or monthly chair rental when you’re ready.

What We Offer:

• Independent Contractor Role – Be your own boss

• Make Your Own Schedule within shop hours

• Accept or Decline Clients at your discretion

• Book Clients Your Way – through the shop or your own network

• Promote Yourself Freely – use your own name, branding, and business cards

• You Collect Payments Directly – remit 35% to the shop daily

• Keep 65% of each cut + 100% of your tips

• Option to Move to Chair Rental (weekly or monthly)

What You Need:

• Valid Barber License

• Your Own Tools & Strong Professionalism

• Solid Customer Service Skills
