We are Egg-Cellent in Vienna, VA, offering part-time positions for Retail Cashiers and Retail Assistants who are passionate about toys—from anime-themed collectibles to children’s classics.

Pay: Up to $13.5 per hour

Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create a positive and organized shopping environment by delivering excellent customer service, assisting with restocking and cashier duties, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. We value team members who take initiative and understand that maintaining a safe and secure store is everyone's responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate the cash register accurately and responsibly
• Restock shelves and organize inventory
• Keep the store clean and orderly
• Work as part of a team to support store operations

Qualified applicants should:

• Speak at least medium-level English
• Be friendly, helpful, and enjoy working with people
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• ability to recognize and appropriately respond to any situation
• Chinese is a plus, but not required

Most shifts involve working with coworkers — solo shifts are rare.
