CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR (Steel Fabrication)
Work Location: Bloomington, CA 92316
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with overtime and Saturday work as necessary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with machine operation
• Metalworking fabrication experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing equipment experience with CNC press brakes
• Experience on the following machines: Amada, Accurpress, Safan Darley

Essential Functions

• Must read blueprints and perform shop math to layout and fabricate various parts and assemblies
• Ability to use handheld measuring tools including a tape measure and calipers
• Experience with gauging thickness of material
• Ability to operate multiple machines: shear, uni-punch, CNC rollers, CNC press brakes (Amada, Accurpress, Safan Darley)
• Accurate and efficient set-up of machines in accordance with proper set-up techniques
• Properly operate machine to run efficiently, produce quality products and maximize machine utilization
• Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards
• Responsible for reporting all quality defects
• Accurately fill out all required paperwork
• Perform daily housekeeping to ensure the work area is always clean and organized
• Flexible schedule is required in regard to overtime and start time according to work volume
• Other duties and responsibilities as required
