What You’ll Do:

As a Budget Advisor Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients and staff by:

• Assisting with data transfer to new payroll and SharePoint systems
• Performing data entry and payroll support
• Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Processing new customer files and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with case managers and service providers
• Managing employee records and updates
• Supporting quarterly reporting and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn agency-specific software
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
