Primary Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair municipal and industrial water and wastewater instrumentation. Contribute to the creation of customized flow monitoring and sampling equipment installations for municipal and industrial customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma, with trade certification or associate’s degree
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening tests
- Requires Confined Space Entry in manhole (24" diameter) with safety equipment
- Mechanical, electrical, or innovative aptitude

Key Accountabilities
- Teamwork & Safety
You will primarily work in two-person teams traveling throughout Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio with periodic overnight travel. On your own, and as a member of a team, you will be self-directed and understand the importance of being proactive and take responsibility for safety.
- Communication & Computer Skills
This work requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to provide accurate technical records for team members and customers. You will use CRM programs and enter data.
- Installations & Mechanical Skills
You will use knowledge and skills from multiple trades, such as mechanical, basic electrical, and construction to complete custom installations.
- Electronic Instrumentation Repair
You will build specialized product knowledge and learn technical skills including process controls and sensor technology. Strong technological adaptability is important.
