Job Responsibilities:

• Present and explain HVAC product features and benefits to customers

• Use consultative sales techniques to meet or exceed monthly goals

• Prepare and present proposals professionally and accurately

• Follow up on all assigned leads in a timely, effective manner

• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and update sales activity

• Work closely with the installation and office teams

• Generate referrals, testimonials, and customer satisfaction feedback

• Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 2+ years of HVAC sales experience OR 5+ years of general sales (preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, CRM experience a plus)

• Clean driving record; must meet insurance requirements

• Must pass a background check, physical, and MVR screening
