Are you a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? We’re seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operations at a large production site with over 600 employees across three shifts. This is a highly visible, on-site role where you’ll directly impact workforce culture, retention, and operational success.

About the Role:
This position manages all aspects of HR for the site and reports into the corporate Talent & Culture department for a global organization. You’ll lead a team of two  and work closely with plant leadership and corporate HR to oversee:

• Employee relations and workplace investigations

• Talent acquisition for hard-to-fill roles

• Retention strategies and engagement programs

• Compliance with labor laws and safety practices

• Process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English 

• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment

• Proven success managing employee relations, high-turnover staffing, and HR operations for hourly populations

• Experience partnering with culturally diverse and multilingual teams

• A passion for improving workplace culture and elevating employee engagement
