Job Description

Logistics Distribution Specialist
Location: Glenshaw, PA
Pay: Starting at $17/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a Logistics Distribution Specialist to manage the preparation and coordination of shipments. You’ll work with carriers, pack and label products, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries. If you have warehouse or shipping experience, and strong attention to detail, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package outgoing shipments
Create labels and shipping documents (bills of lading, etc.)
Coordinate with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and LTL services
Check shipments for quantity, labeling, and quality
Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
Help with inventory counts and tracking
Communicate with internal teams to meet customer delivery timelines
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations
Experience with shipping tools (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) preferred
Familiar with reading and understanding shipping documents and work orders
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
Inventory experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for long periods
Operate pallet jacks and other equipment
Use hands for packing and labeling tasks
