Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Working Foreman, you'll:

• Supervise and guide a team of laborers, ensuring a safe, well-organized, clean jobsite

• Manage laborer tasks and track time

• Move heavy materials (50–100 lb, ~75% of the time)

• Operate heavy equipment and perform carpentry work as needed

• Handle site cleanup—trash, debris, and adapt to dynamic job conditions

• Work a 40+ hour week (6‐7 days, including occasional weekends)

• Perform duties in outdoor weather conditions, ensuring OSHA-compliant safety

• Exhibit daily punctuality, respect, trust, and collaboration

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as a Construction Foreman (or comparable experience)

• Proficient with common form systems in construction

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to physically lift up to 100 lbs

• Comfortable with outdoor work and overtime/weekend schedules

• Strong leadership and team-building skills in a respectful, inclusive environment

• Bilingual candidates encouraged
