Irrigation Technician – Year-Round, Full-Time

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: DOE + bonus pay for overtime

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (45–50 hrs./week)

This is not a landscape install role — you’ll be a hands-on problem solver working with existing irrigation systems, troubleshooting issues, and making professional repairs that keep our customers happy and their systems running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems
•Fix pipe breaks, coverage issues, and controller/wiring problems (2-wire & traditional)
•Replace and adjust sprinkler heads, valves, nozzles
•Redesign and improve existing systems for better performance
•Communicate professionally with clients on-site
•Work with Rain Bird and Hunter controllers

What We’re Looking For:
•At least 1 year of experience in irrigation service/repair (2+ preferred)
•Hands-on technical knowledge of irrigation systems
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•A customer-first mindset with good communication
•Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in all weather
•Bonus: Backflow Certification or other relevant licenses
