Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanical Quality Control Specialist to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a State Inspection License, a comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics, and experience as a lube technician.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles alongside team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate workflow and assignments within the team to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and provide resolution in collaboration with technicians and management.
Implement quality control procedures and standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automotive mechanics and quality control practices.
Maintain accurate records of team performance, inspection results, and repairs.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

State Inspection License is preferred.
Proven experience in automotive quality control or a related field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Previous work experience as a lube technician preferred.
Strong working knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostic procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle mechanical issues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
