We are a rapidly expanding company with extreme growth over the last year — and we’re just getting started. New projects are coming in daily, and we’re running top-of-the-line CNC machines to meet demand.

We’re looking for a highly experienced CNC Lathe Setup Technician who can step into a fast-moving environment and take charge of complex, high-precision setups. If you know how to get a lathe running efficiently, accurately, and with confidence, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform efficient setups on CNC lathes for both prototype and production runs

• Work on new and varied projects regularly — no boring, repetitive days

• Optimize tooling, Workholding, and programs for speed and precision

• Troubleshoot issues and work closely with programmers and operators

• Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and shop organization

• Contribute to process improvements as we scale up our capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Deep experience with CNC lathe setups

• Strong understanding of offsets, tooling, blueprint reading, and inspection

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix shop environment

• Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and knows how to get the job done right
