Documentation Specialist: Contract Role: June 2025 to January 2026
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (Start between 7:00–8:00 AM)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to support our Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and managing company documentation—supporting customer needs, audits, and internal processes. This role reports directly to the Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist and works cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, and Business Support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage product documentation for both custom developments and existing offerings
Maintain robust document control systems, including version tracking, access restrictions, and archival
Ensure documents are properly categorized, labeled, stored, and retrieved in line with company standards
Draft, review, and format templates and technical documents for internal and external use
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality systems (ISO, HACCP, GMP)
Respond to technical, legal, and quality documentation requests from global sales teams
Support cross-departmental functions including QA/QC, Sales, and Business Support
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of equivalent experience (required)
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to improve processes
Background in the food industry is a plus
Work Environment
Primarily office-based, hybrid schedule with 2–3 days/week onsite
Standard office conditions with occasional walking or standing (up to 10%)
Minimal on-call work may be required
