About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Manager to join our finance leadership team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial consolidation expertise and a solid understanding of complex manufacturing operations, cost structures, and group reporting.

You’ll play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and consolidating group results across multiple entities—ensuring accurate reporting and supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial consolidation process across multiple business units/entities.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles in compliance with GAAP.

• Develop and maintain consolidated financial models for budgeting and forecasting.

• Partner with operations and business unit leaders to analyze performance drivers and cost structures.

• Support strategic initiatives such as mergers/acquisitions, capital investments, and cost optimization.

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial controls.

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and corporate finance teams during audits and reviews.

• Prepare board-level presentations and strategic financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial reporting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong experience in multi-entity financial consolidation.

• In-depth knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP system implementations or upgrades.

• Exposure to international operations or group structures.

• Strong project management capabilities.
