Pendolino is the new restaurant from chef-owner Kevin Maxey, debuting this spring in the Chastain Park area of Atlanta. The cuisine, Roman in spirit, though inspired by much of Italy, is also firmly rooted in the South. There is bar seating along an open kitchen and a wood-burning oven where many of the best things on the menu come from. The menu draws on the best produce, and meats grown and raised by South-Eastern farmers and ranchers to create dishes that are healthful, simple, unexpected and beautiful but not precious. Balance. We love natural wines, classic cocktails and delicious, simple food. We support small businesses, source ingredients and spirits from small producers and wines from independent vineyards.

Availability: Open availability required, especially Friday & Saturday evenings

We’re looking for an experienced Host to join our incredible front-of-house team. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, loves connecting with people, and brings a friendly, composed presence to a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior hosting experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant
• Open availability, with a strong emphasis on Friday and Saturday nights
• A naturally personable and friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and grace under pressure
• A passion for great food and helping people feel welcome
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and walk-ins with precision and charm
• Coordinate flow of service with the front-of-house team
• Be the face of Pendolino’s hospitality—calm, courteous, and composed
