Product Fulfillment & Manufacturing Assistant

$20–$30/hr depending on experience
Full-Time | ~160 hrs/month | Start ASAP

We’re a small, fast-growing natural skincare brand based in Minneapolis (intelligentwellbeing.com). If you like working with your hands, being around great smells, helping people feel better in their skin, and being part of a tight-knit team, this might be the job for you.

This role is all about helping make, pack, and ship our handmade skincare products — things like whipped balms, oils, soaps, powders, and more. You'll be working directly with our founder and small team in a clean, calm, and scent-filled production space.

It’s not a factory job. You won’t be standing on a conveyor belt or doing one thing over and over. You’ll be switching between batching, labeling, organizing inventory, printing shipping labels, prepping packages, and helping us run things smoothly day to day.

We’re laid-back, but we get a lot done. The job is simple, but important. You’ll be part of something that’s genuinely helping people — and you’ll be trusted to take ownership, speak up, and grow with us as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping make our skincare products in small batches

• Labeling jars and prepping inventory for restocks

• Printing shipping labels, packing orders, and estimating weights

• Keeping the production area clean and organized

• Staying on top of batching and shipping timelines

• Tracking when we’re low on ingredients or supplies

• Helping us improve how we do things as we grow

What We're Looking For:

• Someone comfortable with basic math (adding, subtracting, dividing, converting)

• Good memory and attention to detail

• Reliable, consistent, and on-time

• Can lift up to 50lbs (rarely) and be on your feet when needed

• Comfortable working independently and with a small team

• Someone who’s into wellness, skincare, or clean ingredients (or open to it)

• Open to giving and receiving feedback

• Good at keeping things organized and moving

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with batching, fulfillment, or production

• Worked in a shipping or logistics role before

• Been part of a small business or startup

• Used shipping tools like Pirate Ship or ShipStation

• Any background in skincare, herbalism, or natural products
