As a fiduciary-focused advisors and strategists team, we offer a unique combination of CPA services, tax reduction planning, investment guidance, risk management, estate / legal planning, and business succession coaching. We are expanding our elite team and seeking driven and collaborative CPAs to join us in delivering real results that truly change lives.

As a Certified Public Accountant with us, you will play a mission-critical role in our clients’ financial ecosystems. You won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll collaborate and contribute to wealth preservation strategies, and offer proactive, coordinated tax solutions that align with long-term financial and legacy goals.

You will be a key player on our multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic advice and support that empowers clients to make informed, future-focused decisions.

· Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation for individuals and businesses.

· Provide strategic tax planning and consulting focusing on long-term reduction and alignment with overall wealth goals.

· Work closely with Wealth Coaches to integrate accounting insights into TIIE strategies that optimize financial outcomes.

· Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement compliant, creative solutions for tax minimization.

· Support clients with business cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.

· Contribute to Gap Analysis Reviews to identify hidden risks, fees, or inefficiencies.

· Serve as a trusted fiduciary advisor, developing strong client relationships based on integrity, expertise, and proactive communication.

· Help evolve internal systems and workflows to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes.

· Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· A CPA in good standing (and /or) Actively seeking your CPA license

· Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, preferably with exposure to financial planning or business consulting.

· STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS in Windows environment. Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax, and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

· Commitment to team collaboration and a holistic client-service philosophy.

· Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
