As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Using SolidWorks to design and model new products for a variety of industries

Designing products with sheet-metal electro-mechanical assemblies, plastics, casting, and more

Designing products to meet manufacturability and tooling requirements

Partnering with customers on concept design, material selections, product cost, and deliverability

Testing products in the lab

Developing and supporting the launch of products into manufacturing

To be considered for the Product Design Engineer position you must have:

At least a four-year engineering degree. BSME is ideal

Solid modeling experience with SolidWorks

Proven product design experience with a variety of materials

Ability to successfully perform on a small team and be self-directed

Excellent communication skills and upbeat personality
