Clark Construction, based in Ridgefield, CT, is a Design-Build company seeking out skilled Project Supervisors. We cater towards an upscale clientele, managing projects between $50K and $800K, with a focus on kitchens, home additions, and complete home renovations. We're a driven team who likes to work hard and have fun, and we’d love to have you join our team.

In this role, you'll oversee residential projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on schedule, and keep a keen eye on quality control. Our ideal candidate is organized and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee remodeling projects, manage trades, perform daily site check-ins, and complete Daily Field Reports.

- Customer Satisfaction: Update clients daily and confirm expectations are met.

- Scheduling: Forecast a timeline as well as update & rebalance project schedules daily to meet deadlines.

- Materials: Complete take-offs, place orders, and make sure all materials needed are on site.

- Troubleshooting: Address issues on the projects as they arise.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in residential remodeling, general contracting, home building, or construction; including the ability to read construction drawing and plans.

- Attention to detail and good problem solving skills are a must.

-Strong technical abilities: You are comfortable with computers, and enjoy all that an Ipad or tablet can offer.

- Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills

- Clean driving and criminal record
