Overview
We are seeking a Bartender/facility operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Facility Operator, you will be greeting folks and introducing them to our golf experience, preparing/serving food/drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in the introduction of the golf simulator experience to our guests.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Knowledge of golf is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including retail math skills for managing tabs and payments is helpful, but not required.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, is helpful, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to learn.
• Must have good attendance.
