Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the energy sector and have a proven track record of working closely with stakeholders to create user stories, drive clarity, and support development teams through detailed documentation. The role will involve working with Azure DevOps and may include interactions with AI or data science teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements

· Create clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria

· Manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle

· Leverage Azure DevOps to track and manage work items

· Challenge stakeholders when needed to ensure alignment and clarity

· Potential collaboration with AI and Data teams on specific initiatives

Must Haves:

· Experience working in the Energy sector

· Proven experience writing user stories

· Strong stakeholder management skills

· Proficiency in Azure DevOps

· NICE TO HAVE: Working with AI or Data Teams directly

· Excellent documentation and communication skills
