Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of residential and commercial projects, including both remodels and new construction. You'll ensure projects are on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Update and Maintain Project Management Software

- Team Management: Lead and coordinate project teams.

- Budget Management: Proactively monitor budgets and expenses.

- Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and quality.

- Communication: Keep customers and owners updated.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of construction project management experience.

- Past experience with Project Management Software | Technically Savvy

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

- OSHA Safety certification preferred.
