Nova Vacation Homes is a short-term vacation rental management company located in Kissimmee FL. We currently operate over 120 homes in various vacation resorts such as Champions Gate, Windsor at Westside, and Windsor Hills.

At this time, we are looking to hire ongoing help for maintenance issues such as drywall repair, broken shower doors, furniture repair, and purchasing items that are broken such as lamps or pool sticks. The candidate should possess the following:

• Good attitude and eager to respond to various issues in a timely manner (same day or next day)
• Flexible to work weekends for urgent issues
• 5+ years as a handyman (preferably with vacation home rentals)
• Wide skillset ranging from basic repairs to basic plumbing knowledge, as well as some appliance repair ability
• Must have smart phone and be able to use apps for job completion and checklist process (app is easy to use and will involve hands on training from us)
• Must have a car
