Position Summary

• Bilingual-English & Spanish preferred not required
• Ability to communicate well with customers, along with all members of the team
• Must be polite, friendly and tactful manner, when handling complaints or inquiries or solving problems solving problems.

Abilities Required

• Perform order verification/invoicing on a daily basis
• Generate bill of ladings for outbound shipments daily
• Field customer calls for Material test reports and Pro numbers daily
• Responsible for file maintenance of all internal documents pertaining to customer orders
• Process RGA paperwork in a timely fashion
• Assist in the routing of all LTL and Truckload shipments daily
• Communicate with corporate office on all standardized shipping policies
• Relay AR information to Corporate for tracking of inbound stock
• Answer all direct telephone calls accordingly, will be point of contact for all shipments & related inquiries from customers & sales staff.
• Receive and invoice shipments.
• Distribute incoming sales faxes
• Expedite machine orders and buyouts to insure timely delivery to customers
• Research problems or issues that arise and be a liaison between sales and after sales
• Assist with branch transfers
• Accurate typing and computer skills are required to successfully be a sales assistant along with good phone skills, email etiquette, customer service skills & attention to detail.)

Education and/or Experience

Minimum Experience and Education 1 year and High School Diploma/GED
