Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Central Southern California

Full-time: Remote and Travel

Our products that we manufacture include over 150 different types of dairy inflations to fit most brands and types of shells, as well as, tubing, claws, filters, and a variety of other products for the dairy parlor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with our customers on generating new business opportunities, sale quotes and convert them into orders, for all LOB.

Provide regular written and oral presentations and reports on activities.

Interface with current and potential customers in designated territories, traveling by most effective and efficient means, performing the sales process from lead to customer conversion and from Business Opportunity to Order.

Attend regional and national trade shows as part of milkrite | InterPuls sales team, providing opportunity for interaction with current and potential customers.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Demonstrate product capabilities, using samples and catalogs as necessary to emphasize features, benefits and advantages of products.

Interact with Dairy Performance Team bringing VoC needs for potential ideas of new products.

Work with Dairy Performance Team presenting parlor audit reports, finding needs from the customers, identifying solution in MI Portfolio for customer business improvement.

Continually report on competitive activity and any other pertinent marketplace news that affects departmental success.

What we are looking for:

Required Skills/Abilities:

Essential:

Dairy background is very important.

Ability to interact in professional and confident manner with customers, face to face and over the phone.

Ability to present, both verbally and in writing, data and information to management as required.

Basic PC skills, including use of Word and Excel programs.

Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territories and other States.

Desirable:

CRM System user experience

Education and Experience:

Preferrable: Associate or bachelor’s in education

Essential: Minimum of three years related experience within dairy or agriculture industry.
