Bilingual Customer Service Associate (English/Spanish)

Pay: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in both English and Spanish. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

·         Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner

·         Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

·         Assist customers with payment processing and troubleshooting issues

·         Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry

·         Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements

·         Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience

·         Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism

·         Support sales efforts by promoting products and services as appropriate

Requirements

·         Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Required)

·         1+ year of call center experience (Required)

·         Strong customer service and communication skills

·         Proficient in data entry with attention to detail

·         Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively

·         Familiarity with CRM tools and office software is a plus

·         Basic loan knowledge is a bonus

·         Team-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
