What You’ll Do

• Install high-quality resinous flooring systems (Cyclospartic) in residential and commercial settings.
• Prepare surfaces using grinders, vacuums, and other tools to ensure proper adhesion.
• Perform light carpentry, including cabinet and fixture installation when needed.
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in flooring installation, construction, or a related trade.
• Comfortable using power tools and surface prep equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
