What does a True Direct Sales Rep Do?

• Network and prospect using our proven techniques
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local real estate investors
• Market properties and work with investors to find the ideal property for their needs
• Negotiate contracts with real estate investors
• Support investors through the buying, closing, renovation and restoration process

Job Requirements

• Real Estate License is not required
• Hustler / go getter mindset
• Willingness to pick up the phone and call
• Coachable attitude
• Ability to meet sales goals
• High touch customer service skills
• Honesty and integrity

Real Estate and Sales experience is a plus but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this role as long as you have the right attitude and mindset!
