We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with a strong background in Verification & Validation (V&V) and Flight Control Systems to support a next-generation commercial aircraft development program. This role involves working in a collaborative, remote environment to assess system-level requirements, support safety-driven analysis, and contribute to the successful certification of complex aerospace systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or related field).

• 10+ years experience in aerospace systems engineering or flight control system development.

• Direct experience with requirements validation & verification, including DOORS or equivalent tools.

• Strong understanding of ARP4754A, DO-178B/C, and DO-160 standards.

• Experience with flight control systems or other complex safety-critical aircraft systems.

• Familiarity with system safety concepts, DAL-A development processes, or working alongside system safety assessments.

• Exposure to model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools or safety analysis models.
