Now entering a new phase of growth in Utah, the team is hiring a Business Developer to own and grow a wide-open territory in the Bluffdale / Greater Salt Lake City area. With major financial backing and strong operational support, this is a unique opportunity to join early and grow into a high-impact role as the company scales.

Position Summary:This is a new business only sales role—not account management. You’ll be the face of the company to commercial property managers, HOAs, and facility leaders—responsible for generating leads, building trust, and closing new maintenance contracts.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → close

• Generate new commercial landscape maintenance contracts

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with property managers and decision-makers

• Collaborate with operations and estimating to align expectations and service delivery

• Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting via CRM

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (landscape preferred; facilities, janitorial, or construction also considered)

• Proven hunter with a strong record of closing new business

• Comfortable cold calling, door knocking, and developing your own leads

• Strong communicator with a relationship-first sales style

• Independent, self-motivated, and organized

• Familiarity with the Salt Lake or Utah commercial market is a plus

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $80K–$100K+ (commensurate with experience)
