Atlanta Design Group, based in Norcross GA, will be opening ADG Nashville a Wholesale to the Trade business catering to Interiors Designers. ADG Nashville has an immediate opening in its ADG Home Interiors furniture and accessory brand for a Showroom Manager.
Candidate must have experience selling to Interiors Designer’s. Previous experience as an Interior Designer or working in a To-The-Trade wholesale showroom is a plus.
Atlanta Design Group is a full-service Interior design support and design-build company with 10 core wholesale to-the trade brands ranging from artwork, building products, outdoor, construction to lighting, furniture and installation.
The ADG Home Interiors showroom is full-service multi-line collection of the industries finest furniture, upholstery and accessory manufacturers. In addition to our core lines, the showroom offers premiere lines chosen specifically for their individual markets. Whether a project is for indoors or outdoors, residential or contract, ADG Home Interiors offers a wide range of products from budget to luxury.
Qualifications:
- Home furnishings/interiors experience.
- Must have knowledge to process upholstery orders with furniture manufacturers
- Min of 2-5 years ‘experience working as a Interior Designer or working in a retail or wholesale furniture showroom.
- Ability to prioritize and follow-up.
- Outstanding communication skills, in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions; can self-motivate and self-direct.
- Action oriented and works with a sense of urgency.
- High energy people person, relentless in pleasing the customer
- Professional, driven, positive, resilient, and achievement-focused
- Detailed, strong follow up and follow through; excellent time-management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a great listener
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick Books computer knowledge is required
Candidate will be responsible for business development through email marketing and networking to develop business opportunities.
Base salary depending on experience plus commission, health and dental benefits, with an excellent opportunity for growth.
After 60 days of employment you are eligible for the following benefits:
- Medical Benefits- company pays 50% of the employee’s premium
- Vision and Dental
- 401K- company currently matches 3%
- Vacation- one week after six months, two weeks after one year and three weeks after three years of employment
- PTO- one week paid
- Hours- 8:30 am – 5:30 pm M-F
- Salary plus Commission
- NO WEEKENDS!
- With base salary and commission current position has brought home in gross compensation $98K - $110K
