Type of Placement: Direct Hire

Shift: 6:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 hourly

The company provides both Home and Commercial Insulation services throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.

SUMMARY:

As an insulation installer you will be responsible for insulating commercial and residential properties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Install all types of insulation, including spray foam, cellulose, and fiberglass.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay on schedule and complete projects efficiently.
• Lead and coordinate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain safety protocols and high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service with pride in your craftsmanship.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Construction or painting experience is preferred, especially with fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in insulation, or airless paint sprayers.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• No facial hair on cheeks and neck (due to respirator use).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in various environments, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and operating a forklift.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to safe work practices.
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Environmental Conditions:

• Must be comfortable working in various environments both Heat or cold

Physical Capabilities:

• Must be able to: stand for 8 hours and move from role to role or sedentary standing; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
