Our client is a U.S.-based leader in Direct View LED (dvLED) display technology, known for delivering high-performance visual systems to some of the world’s most iconic venues and mission-critical environments. As the company expands its global footprint, they’re seeking a detail-oriented and growth-minded Procurement Associate to support their supply chain operations and vendor management efforts.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in procurement or supply chain who’s ready to grow their career in a high-tech, fast-paced industry. You’ll be responsible for supporting the purchasing lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating to coordinating logistics and managing vendor relationships across both domestic and international markets.

You’ll work cross-functionally with inventory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of materials that support production and integration of dvLED display systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Vendor Evaluation: Research and develop supplier relationships, assessing vendors based on price, quality, lead time, and reliability.

• Negotiation: Support contract negotiations and help secure favorable pricing and terms across key components and services.

• Purchase Order Management: Accurately generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies.

• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to track shipments, manage stock levels, and minimize shortages.

• Supplier Communication: Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline procurement processes.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to spend analysis and performance reporting.

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with operations, finance, and technical teams to align procurement efforts with broader company goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations

• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills

• Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP/procurement platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of international purchasing and logistics processes is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in the AV, electronics, or technology sectors is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred
