Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
Employment Type: In-Person Only
Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually + Relocation Bonus
About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist with a focus on psychological testing and evaluations to join our growing diagnostic team in Milwaukee. If you have experience conducting assessments for autism spectrum disorders, PTSD, ADHD, or anxiety, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in guiding individuals and families toward the support and care they need by delivering accurate, insightful evaluations in a collaborative clinical setting.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive psychological assessments using evidence-based tools and clinical interviews
Analyze results to ensure diagnostic accuracy and clarity
Prepare timely, well-written evaluation reports with actionable recommendations
Communicate findings to clients, families, and care teams in a clear and empathetic manner
Collaborate with clinical staff and outside providers as needed
Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation
Stay current with research and best practices in psychological testing and assessment
Qualifications
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist in the state of Wisconsin
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in psychological testing
Experience with autism assessments preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems a plus
Compensation & Benefits
