Job Details

We are seeking a Structural Steel Field Foreman to become an integral part of our team! You will manage a 3 - 5 person crew.  

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Manage crew.
• Communiate with general contracot's superintendent.  
• Ensure safe operatoins, including conducting safety meetings.  
• Perform steel layouts.
• Operate field equipment.

• Previous experience as a field foremean.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
