Qualifications Requirements
·Master’s degree in psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, Special Education, Diagnostician, clinical social worker, Child development, registered nurse, or a related field (Preferred). Experience in a chiltren with autism in a treatment setting like GRO, RTC, Clinic, or school (preferred).
· Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field with behavioral certification and 3 years’ experience in a chiltren with autism treatment setting like GRO, Clinic, RTC, or school (preferred).
· Licensed master social worker, licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage and family therapist
· Certified by the Texas Education Agency as an education diagnostician, have a master’s degree in special education or a human services field.
· At least one to three years of documented full-time work experience in a treatment setting serving children, such as residential treatment centers, child-placing agencies providing treatment services, school setting as an educational diagnostician, working with children with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, behavioral specialist, or hospital, psychiatric hospitals serving children.

Kazah GRO/RTC provides services to children (boys) ages 5 to 17 in the conservatorship of CPS, licensed by TDFPS, in our nurturing home environment. We have a maximum bed capacity of 12. We are looking for a treatment director that Provides and oversees treatment services for children with primary medical needs and emotional disorders. Contributes to the mission, vision, and program philosophies through professional behavior. ,
Responsibilities
· Ensures residents are receiving treatment services according to their level of care and treatment plan.
Create and implement treatment plan for children with autism, behavioral, and learning disorder
· Develop and review individualized service plans in a timely manner.
· Ensure that the behavioral level system is being properly utilized and coordinate client incentives.
· Completes initial diagnostic assessments and ongoing assessments for residents.
· Provide crisis intervention and facilitates emergency psychiatric intervention, to include hospitalization admission and acquiring necessary consent.
· Provides and oversees treatment services for children with intellectual disabilities or children with autism spectrum disorder.
· Provides direct therapeutic and evidence-based services. provides and oversees treatment services for children.
· Ensures that approved treatment interventions are being utilized.
· Adheres to Texas Department of State Health Services regulations and HIPAA compliance.
· Reports suspected incidents of child abuse or neglect to the Administrator.
· Establish relationships with clients, caregivers, caseworkers, family members, and staff.
· Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and supports program implementation.
· Develops therapeutic treatment plans tailored to individual treatment needs.
· Provides clinical training to staff to support treatment needs.
· Strong clinical skills and knowledge of treatment issues concerning children and families.
· Provide directions for the overall treatment program.
· Maintain current professional certification for therapeutic counseling services.

DFPS Requires the treatment director to complete the following courses in the DFPS training hub.
(1) Need for Normalcy
(2) Trauma Informed Care
(3) Medical Consenter
(4) Preventing and Recognizing Sexual Abuse and Victimization of Youth
(5) Psychotropic Medications
Required:
- Valid Driver's license, & record with not more than one moving violation
- Clear DFPS drug, and background check
- US work permit or citizen
Job Types: Full-time (30–40 hours/week) expected hours Monday through Friday. We will consider any 3 days availability from Monday through Friday.
Pay: $27 - $32 per hour (depending on verifiable experience)
