We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our new and current customers, while maintaining an exceptional image as the first impression of Hi-Lite Electric.

Responsibilities:

• Manage/receive incoming calls and direct to proper department.
• Open/maintain customer account info and schedule service requests.
• Manage new customer service inquiries (calls/texts/email/voicemails).
• Book incoming call for onsite estimate or consultation.
• Work with others to maintain adequate job scheduling.
• Provide and suggest service and product information to customers (specials/promotions).
• Follow up on all customer inquiries (calls/texts/email/voicemails).
• Receive and take messages for support staff, email to appropriate staff immediately.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to use field service and customer service software preferably in the construction trades.
• Ability to display professionalism, empathy and kindness when conversing with customers or potential customers.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally with customers and staff
